On the outskirts of the charming village of Callian, in the heart of the Pays de Fayence, this stone house with its beautiful swimming pool overlooks the valley and offers a splendid panoramic view of the village and the Estérel massif. The garden level at your disposal includes a big terrace. During the renting periods, you are the only residents of the house that is strictly for you. Located at 4 miles far from the famous village of Fayence and at 15 miles far from Grasse, capital of perfume, the place is perfect to discover this wonderful region of the Var and visit the main centers of interest in the French Riviera but also the charming and authentic hinterland.
INSIDE
A staircase leads down to the garden level. Righthand is the sitting room, on your left the dining room and its American kitchen. A hallway distributes the bed- and bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom also has a large double bed. The third bedroom is outlaid with two bunk beds for children or teenagers and a 90 cm wide pull-out bed. If required, this can be converted into a 180 cm (King Size) double bed. A shower room optimises the furnishings.
OUTSIDE
From the covered terrace with its outdoor furniture, the deckchairs under the olive tree or from the swimming pool, you will enjoy a wonderful panorama. For young children toys are available and furthermore, there are badminton rackets and a petanque set. The house is located in a very quiet environment with a lush Mediterranean vegetation.
