The house is located in a small and luxurious urbanization with private access (only for owners or holiday renters) and overlooking the sea called 'Urbanization Verd de Calonge'.

2.5 km from the sea and very close to the cities of Palamós, Playa de Aro, S'agaró, Begur, Calella, Llafranch ... etc

The house has fabulous views of the sea from the kitchen, dining room, bedroom, terrace and garden as you can see in the photos.

House of recent construction (2008) equipped with high-end materials and machinery. The house has a private pool, charcoal barbecue, sun loungers, outdoor table with fabulous sea views.
It is an ideal house for families with children as it also has a private community area only for vacation renters and owners with a large swimming pool, tennis court, children's swings and soccer field.

Confort, équipements et vue imprenable : séjour idéal
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette spacieuse résidence offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer. La maison est non seulement confortable, mais également très bien équipée pour répondre à tous nos besoins. Située dans un endroit calme, elle nous a offert le repos souhaité tout en étant proche des points d'intérêts comme Palamos et Platja d'Aro. C'est l'endroit idéal pour les familles avec ses multiples équipements : cours de tennis, table de ping pong, balançoires, et une immense piscine avec pataugeoire pour les plus petits. Un grand merci à nos hôtes Marisol et Joachim pour leur accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cette résidence pour un séjour mémorable !

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Marisol. La maison est moderne, spacieuse tout à fait conforme à l'annonce avec une vue magnifique sur Palamos et la mer. Lotissement agréable, avec une très grande piscine commune et un terrain de tennis peu utilisés ce qui est un plus! Les différentes plages sont à 10-15 min de voiture. Merci à Marisol et son mari pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse ! Il est bien possible que nous reviendrons...

Séjour de rêve
Parfaitement situé à 20 min des activités, que ce soit vers le nord ou vers le sud. Résidence très calme avec belles prestations. La maison est très fonctionnelle, moderne mais chaleureuse avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Marisol est adorable et disponible si on a des questions. Franchement si nous revenons dans le coin, nous n'hésiterons pas. Nous revenons avec des souvenirs plein la tête de cette escapade familiale.

We had two weeks with two families, 8 Persons in Calogne. The house has everything you need for a holiday trip. Enough rooms and space is available. Also the kitchen equipment and the garden and the Pool area are top! Very special is the view over the hills and the sea from the terrace. The owners are very friendly and gave us plenty ot tips! A top Adress!

Disfrutar de la Costa Brava en familia
La casa está muy bien situada tanto para disfrutar de las numerosas playas cercanas como para visitar las ciudades y pueblos del Ampurdán. Está muy cuidada y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable en sus habitaciones, salón y cocina. La zona ajardinada es muy agradable y la piscina permite refrescarse en las horas más cálidas. El porche es ideal para las comidas al aire libre en familia. Un valor añadido es la zona comunitaria de la urbanización, también muy cuidada, con gran piscina y área de juegos. Los niños disfrutan muchísimo. A cinco minutos en coche se puede comprar lo necesario para preparar las comidas y también hay varios restaurantes cercanos para todos los gustos. A todo ello cabe añadir la gentileza y disponibilidad de los propietarios, que hacen que la estancia sea aún más agradable.
