Villa Amanda - Plusholidays

This beautiful holiday villa with a private pool is located in Calpe, on the Costa Blanca, and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed across three floors, and features air conditioning in the living rooms and all bedrooms.



On the ground floor, we find a bedroom with four single beds. On the main floor, there is a large living-dining room with satellite/DTT television and access to terraces, some of which are covered with views of the Peñón de Ifach and the pool area. There is also a spacious fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, a large bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with shower and a toilet. On the top floor, we find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub en suite with access to a solarium with views of the sea, the pool, and the Peñón de Ifach.



Regarding the exterior, there is a spacious terrace with a 9x4.5 m pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. There is a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking for four vehicles on the same plot.



The villa is located in a privileged area, which is quiet and close to beaches and shops. It is only 2 km from the centre of Calpe, as well as restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest sandy beach is 2.7 km away.



It is worth noting that the villa offers free WiFi and pets up to 12 kg are allowed with a supplement.
