On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with DTT TV and direct access to the pool area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, giving you the possibility of preparing delicious meals. The two bedrooms are welcoming, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with shower for your convenience. Please note that the upper floor remains closed and uninhabited during the rental, guaranteeing your privacy.



EXTERIOR:



Enjoy the sun and fun in our pleasant outdoor area, which features a spectacular 11.5x8 metre pool with elegant Roman steps. For barbecue lovers, we have a brick barbecue to enjoy delicious outdoor meals. Furthermore, on the same plot, there is parking space for one vehicle, providing comfort and security.
