Additionally, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.







Going up the internal stairs to the UPPER FLOOR, you will discover a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. From this level, you can enjoy impressive views of the Peñon de Ifach and Calpe. There is also another bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. A separate bathroom with shower completes the amenities of this floor.







The EXTERIOR of the villa offers a pleasant area with a private 8x4 meter pool, accompanied by metal stairs and a refreshing shower. For outdoor evenings, a built-in barbecue is available. Parking on the plot can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
