The GROUND FLOOR of this magnificent villa houses a cozy living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace. The large independent kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher, has access to the barbecue area. Also on this floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, along with a full bathroom with a bathtub and a room with a washing machine. The UPPER FLOOR presents a bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace with beautiful partial sea views, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, a large bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and access to another terrace with partial sea views. Also, a bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and air conditioning. The last bathroom on this floor has a bathtub.
ABROAD:
Outside, enjoy a charming area with an 8x4 pool with metal stairs and an outdoor shower. The villa offers a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. Parking is convenient, with space for one vehicle in the garage and another on the lot.
