INTERIOR: This comfortable villa consists of a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and access to a large glazed terrace with views of the pool and Peñón de Ifach. A fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is a bathroom with an independent bathtub and a toilet.



EXTERIOR: A spacious terrace with an 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. There is also a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. The plot is completely enclosed and has parking for two vehicles on site.



LOCATION: This villa is located in the Almendros urbanization, a few meters from restaurants and the sandy beach. It is only 500 m from the nearest supermarket and 750 m from restaurants. The sandy beach is 1.2 km away and the center of Calpe is 2.5 km away.
