For early risers, there are sensational sunrises.

The main level of the villa is on the second floor with five double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. Another bathroom is spacious and furnished exclusively in a very modern style. All bedrooms are furnished with high quality furniture. The fully equipped kitchen offers open access to the dining room, which of course offers equally spectacular views of the town of Calpe, the Peñon de Ifach and the sea. The view is incredibly fascinating. The same can be said of the elegant and modern living room with its top quality furnishings. The living room and one bedroom open onto a terrace with summer kitchen. It has all appliances for cooking, a refrigerator and, of course, a gas barbecue. An electrically extendable awning serves as sun protection. From this terrace a staircase leads down to the pool level. The pool is 9 x 4,5 m and gives you the feeling of swimming directly in the sea. On this level there is a separate bedroom with bathroom en suite. Also with high quality furnishings.

The villa was completely renovated in 2023. With the best materials and first class comfort. Of course, all rooms have air conditioning, electric shutters, etc. There is also rental heating in winter. And a garage. The villa is located at the end of a dead end street. Therefore perfect quiet location, as it is not located across the road.
