Additional facilities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for teleworking, a TV, air conditioning, heating, as well as a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available on request.



The holiday home has several outdoor areas, including a terrace with a garden and a terrace with a swimming pool. It also has a barbecue and an outdoor shower.



This property consists of two independent indoor areas, where 2 groups of up to 6 people can have their own privacy. The outdoor areas can be shared, which makes this property perfect for families.



The property is located within walking distance of public transport links and the Playa de Palmanova and Platja de Son Maties beaches.

The property is in a quiet residential area. Families with children are welcome.

Please keep noise to a minimum from 11pm to 7am.

Groups of guests under 25 years of age are not allowed.

Vehicles are not allowed inside the property. Free parking is available on the street.

No stag/hen parties, events or parties are allowed.

Only guests registered in the booking are allowed to stay. Maximum capacity 12 people.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
