Overall lovely hotel with friendly staff etc. The pools were a little on the small side and was easyly overcrowded. The buffet restaurant in the evening was not on par with what we have experienced at other similar hotels. However the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The phone to the reception does not work, so if you need anything you have to go to the reception which located in a different building from the rooms, even just to get a new towel. The online TV (Netflix or Youtube) does not work, all other TV channels are in German... The rooms do not smell very nice, smells like fresh paints... There aren't any other amenities apart from soap in the room... You can book tours and transfer with the hotel, but they only accept cash for these service, which is a bit unusual...

Wir waren diese Jahr zum dritten Mal im Bordoy Don Antonio. Wieder hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr positiv ist das die Zimmer komplett renoviert und modernisiert wurden sind. Die neuen Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön. Auch der Speisesaal wurde renoviert auch hier sieht es jetzt sehr modern aus. Das Personal war, wie jedes Jahr sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Abendessen wurde unser Meinung nach von den Mengen her ein wenig reduziert, vorher war die Auswahl einfach zu viel, und wir denken dies hat einfach nur den Grund das zu viel weggeschmissen werden musste. Trotzdem ist das Buffet sehr gut und trotzdem völlig ausreichen, uns hat es jeden Abend sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und etwas vom Trubel entfernt was uns sehr gut gefällt. Da wir zum dritten mal da waren hatten wir bei der Buchung einen Zimmerwunsch angegeben, dieser wurde wie auch schon im letzten Jahr erfüllt und wir hatten das gewünschte Zimmer. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder kommen, vielen Dank an das Team vom Bordoy Don Antonio

Es gab keine Zimmer mit Meerblick, uns wurde aber eines zu höherem Preis verkauft. Als wir dies bemängelten, wurde uns eine inakzeptable Lösung angeboten. Daraufhin vertröstete man uns auf den Folgetag, da sei der Direktor wieder im Hause, was uns aber nichts brachte, weil Abreisetag. Also keine Lösung. Bei der Abreise nochmal angesprochen aber nur Schulternzucken erhalten. Abendessen: um 20 Uhr wurden bereits keine Desserts mehr angeboten, das Buffet war leer. Positiv: die Zimmer im Nebenhaus sind frisch renoviert, die Einrichtung total neu, es ist (daher) auch unglaublich sauber. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr höflich und freundlich. Es fehlt allerdings an einem Mülleimer im Zimmer.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten mal in dem Don Antonio. Wieder hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und nett, die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber. Wir hatten einen Zimmerwunsch der wieder erfüllt wurde. Bei Anreise um 11:30 war unser Zimmer schon fertig und wir mussten nicht warten. Die Hotelanlage ist ruhig und man hat alles was man zum entspannen braucht. Im Gegensatz zu manchen Bewertungen bzgl. des Essens, das es schlecht sein soll, können wir nur sagen das in unseren Augen nichts schlecht ist. Weder das Frühstück noch das Abendessen. Natürlich sind manche Sachen Geschmacksache aber es ist immer was dabei. Für uns war es immer lecker und reichhaltig. Wir kommen wieder.
