Welcome to this beautiful villa in Portals Nous, just 450 meters from La Caleta. It can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The spacious exterior area is perfect to bask in the sun on the sun loungers, prepare a delicious barbecue or have an aperitif on the large porch before going for a walk in this exclusive area of Mallorca.
The house has two floors. The completely renovated main floor offers a living room with TV and AC; the kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher; and two bedrooms with a double bed and AC, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. The lower level of the house is a cosy independent apartment with a traditional style that consists of a comfortable kitchen dining and living space with TV and ceramic hob; a bedroom with double bed and AC; and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, the house is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. And we can offer you a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
Portals Nous is a residential and quiet area that stands out for being next to one of the most exclusive ports on the island, which gives it that cosmopolitan and luxurious air. In the area, you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The closest beach is Caleta de Portals Nous and the beach of Portals Nous is not far from the house either. If you love playing golf, the closest course is Son Muntaner, which is only 10.6 km away.
