Meticulous Private Camarillo Guest home located in an upscale neighborhood surrounded by Private Front & Back Yard, Luxury, custom estates, in a lovely quiet residential neighborhood. The house has its own self check-in entrance & amenities & is near Spanish Hills Country Club, Golf Courses, CSU Channel Islands, Camarillo Outlets, Camarillo Ranch House & Ventura County, Santa Barbara Beaches & parks. Fast WiFi, Free parking, full kitchen, laundry in unit.
Our 2 Bedroom House is for a home-away-home, vacation home, or corporate housing. Our master bedroom has a CA King Size bed, & the orthopedic Copper Sport Hybrid Mattress. It has full kitchen (Large LG Refrigerator, Microwave, Garbage Disposal, Dishwasher, Electric Stove, water filter), dining room (dining table with bench, can seat 6 people), laundry area (electric washer & dryer in unit), WIFI, free parking (2 cars space, more parking space available in the street), Electric fireplace, Large 55" screen SMART TVs in each bedroom, & 82" QLED Smart TV in the living room, comfortable sectional sofa which can be converted in a bed for 2 people . A charm escaping for the business people, athletes, medical doctors & nurses, leaders & entrepreneurs who are involved with their customers, partners, contractors or their offices in the South California area.
We do our best in our authority to assist our guests stay safe & sound by cleaning & disinfecting rigorously following directions & CDC recommendations. . IT HAS BEEN OUR POLICY THAT OUR GUEST HOUSE IS WELL CLEANED & SANITIZED AFTER EACH GUEST MOVES OUT! Our goal is for our guests to enjoy their time in our unit, with healthy & happy memories to come back & visit us again.

Our Unit offers:
Totally Renovated first floor with ceramic topping laminating flooring:
1- New luxurious bathroom with tiles: dual sink cabinet, beautiful counter splash, faucets, bath shower head, toilet, GFCI electrical plugs, customized stand up shower. Bathroom is attached to the master bedroom.
2- New full kitchen: high end, custom cabinetry with quartz countertops & full backsplash, dual white porcelain kitchen sink, kitchen faucets, electrical GFCI plugs new LG fridge, GE dishwasher, Frigidaire electric stove, garbage disposal, trash/recycling cans, water filter system (our unit is in a city water/city sewer platform).
3- Dining room: Summit Gray 42x78 Dining Table with 4 chairs & a bench.
4- The master bedroom features a 55 inch Samsung QLED 4K Smart TV, a ceiling fan, light bulbs, a large walk-in closet with dual mirror doors, baseboards & moldings, electrical plugs, pine double entry doors, a fresh white paint, 2 Nightstands with lights, Mirror, & Dresser, a modern Bedroom Set - California King size bed with the latest & the greatest technology:Bob-O-Pedic Copper Sport Hybrid mattress, which will regulate your temperature while you sleep using a new & inventive method! The cool-to-the-touch cover provides temperature regulation due to the innovative copper threads it’s made with! Then a layer of Bob-O-Pedic Quick Response Gel Memory Foam with Copper manages pressure relief & temperature regulation. A layer of Bob-O-Pedic Memory Foam offers even more comfort & keeps you supported all night long. Finally, there’s a layer of transition foam for additional comfort, while an individually wrapped coil system adds conformance & support & a layer of base foam gives long term support & durability! This hybrid mattress is the sweet-spot combo for your maximum relaxation!
5- The second Bedroom features a 55 inch Samsung 4K Smart TV, ceiling fan, light bulbs, window blinders, beautiful floor, baseboards & molding, electrical plugs, pine barn door with lock, a fresh white paint, two twin beds, a night stand with a light, a dresser & a mirror.
6- New Central gas heating, portable ice cold air conditioner, fresh paint throughout the entire house.
7- 82 inch New Samsung QLED Smart TV will make you to love watching your favorite movie or show in the living room. Free subscription to ESPN+ & Paramount+ Apps for live sport events for our guests. A new portable air conditioner with remote control is mounted in the living room window during the summer, & we can re-deliver upon request at any time. Remote controlled electric fireplace, a light blue Playroom Artisan Left Arm Facing Sectional Sofa is placed in the front of this 82” Smart TV in the leaving room. You can easily transform it into a sleeper for two with the pop-up function of the loveseat. 2 Queen Pillows & more blankets are in the master bedroom closet if needed. We do have a portable air conditioner unit that we will place in the living room upon your request.
8- Large thermal windows, internet fast WiFi access, & paved driveway.
9- There is a table with chairs in the balcony or patio on the back yard with private fence for you to enjoy the nature & all what our California weather has to offer, a quite time reading a book, with a cup of tea or a coffee, or a glass of wine under the sun rays, or moon shine Property is all surrounded by the fence for your privacy & peace of mind in the sunny Camarillo, CA. Camarillo, one of the best cities in the Ventura County.
10- 2 Cars Parking spaces & additional parking in the street available. The walk areas are well lighted & more solar lights are installed around the parking area to assist with lighting the area.
11- While we really like animals, dogs, cats & any other animals are not allowed in the property...... sorry pet owners. This is a very strict policy going with this property. By enforcing this policy, you are free of animal allergies & smells. However, being a pet owner cannot stop you for enjoying our unit, since there are pet hotels & private pet boarding in the area for you to consider placing your pet. Also, there has been no smoking inside the house since new, & no smoking is allowed inside the house.
12- Privacy: House provides Privacy, separate entrance, & is fully fenced for your peace of mind & will offer you the so much desired privacy in the front yard & in the back yard of it.
13- Safety: Camarillo is a quite city, & Camarillo Heights is an extremely quite neighborhood. Camarillo Police department is only minutes away. Dead Locks are mounted in the main entrance of the door.
14- Quite: Quite neighborhood. Even though this Guest House shares a wall with the other unit, it is very quiet & far from any cars/motorcycles noises. You will enjoy any activity, from reading the books, to the glass of wine. This house is not just a night sleeping place, but a place with the full meaning of a “Home Sweet Home”, as a place to relax & recharge your “batteries” so you will be happy & fully energized to deal with all the life challenges.
15- Ocean Breeze: Unless you live at Camarillo Heights, you will never understand the need for the Ocean Breeze. The breeze will cool you off at any hot days. This is an indescribable thing, unless you experience it!
16- Weather: You will never miss out the walk under the sun, at any time of the day, almost every day of the year, morning, lunch, or afternoon. Being said, you will enjoy the sun-rise, & the sun-sets from the borders of this property.
17- Peace of mind for any issues in the property: This is one of duplex units, landlord lives in the other unit. We will do anything in our authority to ensure that our guests will enjoy their time once in our property.
18- Property Condition: Fully renovated with laminating floors & tiles in the kitchen & bathrooms.
19- Open RING concept: All the Rooms/Areas are in the 60 degrees space from the center point of the house.
20- Washer & Dryer in the unit & in an excellent working conditions.

Not too bright, not to dim, just the right amount of light to see where you are going in the dark allows you to get up at night, get some water, or use the restroom & return to bed without turning on any main lights. If you don't want them in the bedrooms, just unplug them from the wall.
24- Last minute travelers: you can book until 9:00 PM, than call us to for the easy entrance door access code, we will deliver it immediately.

1-Collect all the used towels close to the laundry area
2-Drop all your trash in the trash bins
3-After removing all the food from the dishes, wash them via the dishwasher or with hand at the kitchen sink.
