The entry level is the main part of this house. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms as well as the living room, dining area and kitchen. The upstairs is the main master bedroom and bathroom and a second living area with the hot tub out on the deck of the living area. The downstairs is two smaller bedrooms and a full bathroom .

-Please remember you are in a residential neighborhood, so noise should be kept to a discreet level, especially in the evenings.
-Turn off all outside lighting when you retire for the evening.

-Parking is strictly in the garage and/or driveway. On-street parking is not allowed.
-Hot tub use: Noise carries, so please be conscious of the neighbors and keep voices low. *No use after 10:00pm.
