Pleasant staff all were friendly. Hotel close to town centre which is an easy walk. Would definitely recommend and will stay again next time we visit Cambridge.

Overall a very pleasant hotel with modern decor. Did not provide free car parking because we booked through Hotel.com. No lift and quite steep staircases. Had to ask twice for decaf tea bags for the room. Minor defects in room included bathroom door lock not working, shower door not quite closing, TV only tuned for some freeview channels - not all. Only provided continental breakfast in price which was adequate. Benefit was overlooking the river Cam with a quick walk across the green into the city centre.

Everything was fine, with the exception of the rooms temperature. It was feezing in the night, so didnt sleep that well. I did inform the reception staff, but until double glazing is put in, i fear this will not improve !!

An enjoyable stay in a dated but clean and friendly hotel. Although hotel advises short staffed, the staff were friendly and willing to do what they could. Certainly would stay again. Great location.

The large twin room was spacious and spotless. Very comfortable beds. We had an amazing view of the river from our large bay window. Although we don’t live too far away, it was ideally located for a special occasion we were attending in Cambridge.

The room was spacious with bay window looking out over the river. All the facilities are in excellent condition. We have been travelling for over 2 months and this is the best accommodation we have had Can not fault it , highly recommend
