Our properties have been built with artistic detail inside and out to make your stay with us comfortable and memorable.
Granta cottage sits beside our other property Meadow cottage - both with the same specification but different decor - a unique opportunity for large groups working in Cambridge or visiting for pleasure.
The lower floor has a separate living room which leads through to a high specification kitchen diner with more comfortable seating - both rooms have flat screen tv's with high speed wifi.
The large private garden has decking with patio sofa seating, outside lighting fire pit, lawn area with shrubs and trees.

Beautiful Property
We stayed here to meet friends. House very clean. Beds very comfortable. Bit noisey from house next door. Everything you need in kitchen but take instant coffee if that's your thing. 1 parking space on front of house and a shared gravel space at end of houses but the other rental put 3 cars on there so we found a space up the road. Lots of toiletries which was handy (although no sign of any white company 🤔). Overall a good stay.

Fantastic property!
This house is really lovely, it's been really well designed with a great layout. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, the décor throughout is lovely and the beds are really comfy! 5 of us stayed and the house is really spacious. So impressed! Thank you! The Chinese restaurant at the end of the road is lovely too!

Very clean and great location.
The house is situated in a very good location. There is plenty of parking space and the park and ride bus stop is only a short walk away. Taxi in to the centre is cheap too . You can walk to Granchester from here or its only a short drive. The house is well equipped and very clean. The beds are very comfy and bathrooms very nice. The owner obviously cares and it was nice to see more environmentally friendly touches about. It was also nice to have coffee pods and croissants left for us. It would be good for future guests if Noreen got round to leaving a guide book to the house and little tips (she said she was going to but we actually saw her so she gave us the low down ). She made it very clear that if we had any problems to just ring or text her which was very good of her. The only downside to the stay was the fact that the actual house is very noisy and you can hear everything through the walls and floors which isn't so great if like us, there are 8 of you. Sadly we also had some very noisy inconsiderate people in the house next door to us, also renting from Noreen, who were still shouting about outside at 3am!! Not her fault of course but we were sadly pleased to go home and have a good nights sleep.

Nice and convenient accommodation
The house is very nice and comfortable. New and tasty furniture. If you travel by car it is very convenient because you can leave it just in front of the house. The place is somewhat far from the city center but there is a supermarket nearby and you can reach the center in less than 10 min by car. We initially could not find the key safe but the owner was very kind and helpful.
