As always with an IHG HOTEL everything was PERFECT...the staff were brilliant as always and couldn`t have done any more...the room was great,clean and had all the ammenities one could want and if anything else was required we just used the service phone....THANKYOU ONCE AGAIN IHG FOR A FANTASTIC STAY....Mrs Julie Godson.

I had contacted the hotel twice before arrival to confirm a we had a room suitable for a dog, once we arrived we were told this hadn't been done and were made to wait whilst a room was made available, the room I feel was far too small for a family and dog, we had a sofa bed up against a wall for a 6ft 16 year old and couldn't walk past the end if it to get from the double adult bed to the toilet, the from was clean and staff were friendly but I feel our experience was affected by the unorganised room,
