Great location, but the drawbacks made our stay quite not very comfortable. Free WiFi was next to non existent. Last time I had a speed like this was in 1999 dial up. I do understand the concept of lowcost, but putting a glass to bathroom for a toothbrush do not make your hotel a luxury. Also a toilet brush is not a luxury but necessity

Very no frills. No one working the front desk, automated Machines provided for check in, didn’t work with Expedia reservation and no British post code. One towel provided for two travelers. No fridge. Single sheet TP dispenser, WiFi kicked us out every 30 minutes. Fantastic location though,

Fantastic hotel!

We had a great stay here! Our room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend adding on the breakfast; it was delicious with both hot/full English and cold options. We will definitely stay here again!
