The condo/townhouse has a most spectacular view of the bay and of Birdsong Marina. The private unit has a bedroom and full bathroom upstairs in the loft. On the main level, you will find a a full kitchen, dining area, and living room complete with a balcony finished with seating and a propane grill. The private dock is ready for your boat. This is the perfect spot to live it up or relax it down.

We also rent the connecting condo which sleeps 10 for a total of 14 if you have a larger group.
