The condo/townhouse has a most spectacular view of the bay and of Birdsong Marina. The private unit has 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the main level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The game room is sure to impress with a pool table ping-pong table combination and a dartboard. The arcade will be coming October 1. The unit is complete with a balcony finished with seating and a propane grills The shared/private (shared between five owners) dock is ready for your boat. Also enjoy the new fishing pier. This is the perfect spot to live it up or relax it down.
