The condo/townhouse has a most spectacular view of the bay and of Birdsong Marina. The private unit has a bedroom and full bathroom upstairs in the loft. On the main level, you will find a a full kitchen, dining area, and living room, half bath complete with a balcony finished with seating and a propane grill. The private dock is ready for your boat. This is the perfect spot to live it up or relax it down.

We also rent 3 other condos in the same complex which sleeps a total of 14 more guests if you have a larger group.

Great central location
Nice view of Birdsong marina and the river. Steps down to dock need a little work but I think that is a HOA thing.Owner very quick to respond. Kitchen was stocked with new pots pans and knives. Visited several state parks that were close by. Heck in April the Drive in opens close to the property! Overall had a great time!
