The maximum of people we permit is two adults and no children.
There is one assigned private parking space for one car, no street parking anytime day or night.
The Loft is a walk in, corner two story apartment.
Downstairs has a small compact granite countertop kitchen/sitting area with a dual function coffee maker, tea kettle, air fryer, breakfast bar, smart television, two armchairs and two ottomans for extra comfort.
Ottomans are stored in the downstairs closet under the stairs.
The patio door leads to the outdoor deck with two comfortable swivel chairs and access to the water and small sandy beach at Glen Cove. One can comb the beach for sea-glass lots of hidden treasures and more.
Upstairs has a large bedroom with one king bed, climate control machine, white noise machine, magnificent ocean-views, amazing sunrises, television, bathroom walk in tiled shower and lots of closet space, shelving and climate control machine with heat and air conditioning.
One can enjoy the amazing ocean-views over morning coffee on the deck or just relaxing with a good book.
This rental is located on Warrenton Street, Rockport Maine, 2 miles north of downtown Rockland, 5 miles south of downtown Camden.
One mile from the Samoset Resort Country Club and Golf Course. 2.5 miles to Rockland Public Golf Course
1.75 miles to the Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse.

Also the king bedroom has a climate control machine and a white noise machine.
The outdoor deck has two comfortable swivel chairs with cushions, small round top table, gas grill with a side burner and a lobster pot. Perfect for a nice cozy dining on the ocean.
Beach/Anti-Gravity Chairs are available upon request.
One can take them down to the water to sit or lounge while watching sailboats passing and the world go by or just lounge and relax in the sun on the back lawn.
Please let us when you arrive if you will need some chairs.

Onsite access to the sea, take a walk on the small sandy beach or go treasure hunting for sea-glass when the tide is out. We are located in mid-coast Maine midway between Portland and Bar Harbor. 2 miles north of Rockland, 5 miles south of Camden and 3.5 miles from Rockport village.
No parties or large gatherings allowed.
We do not accept pets or animals. Pets or animals are not allowed anywhere on the property, inside, the deck, backyard or anywhere on the property grounds.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking no vaping, and no e-cigarettes. No smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes are permitted close to the building, on the deck. or in the backyard.
