Located at the 35 Mile Marker of the Lake of the Ozarks. Minutes by water to the Shootout, the Cave Restaurant, Captain Ron's, and many other attractions.
Immerse yourself into this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom retreat. This home sits near the end of a gentle, no wake cove. The home features a fun, rustic theme. It has multiple fair sized areas to entertain friends, family, and guests. It is cozy in all the right places, yet encourages use of all of its spaces.
It is minutes by land to most necessities, and not too far from all the else of what Lake of the Ozarks has to offer, and is only minutes by water to some of the lake's biggest events and "go to" locations.
This is a Split-Level Townhouse that offers you the entire upper, road level unit. You'll enjoy the best views of the property from your private level deck. There is an "Owner's Suite" on the lower level, that potentially will be occupied by the owner, when they have down time from the rigors of working on the road. The only space that will be have a potential to be minimally shared is the dock, most commonly, to simply allow access to the slips for access to the boats.

perfect getaway

couldn’t be more happy with our stay! quiet area, close to food, a marketplace, a farmers market, bars and more. no problems booking, fast response time and very nice. used the kayaks and had a blast. will definitely be booking again!

Perfect retreat!

Stayed here with a few friends for a fun weekend. It was the perfect location. 5mins to Captain Ron’s and a grocery store, the cove is quiet and relaxing, the neighbors are very nice, the home is lovely, and there’s plenty of fish hanging around the docks. Owners are easy to reach and respond quickly. Wonderful people. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

Great getaway! Quiet house on a private drive, sitting at the end of a quiet cove that’s great for swimming. Not far from anything you would need. Neighbors are very friendly. Very peaceful and highly recommended.

4th of July stay

When reserving our stay we thought it was a full house to ourself but when arriving owners were downstairs in that part of the house and we had the upper level of the house. My older girls were a little freaked out when arriving, not what we expected. The grill was on the lower level which was a real pain to grill out and was not clean when we were ready to use. When we arrived there was no boat in the boat slip but when we arrived back on July 3rd after visiting some friends the owners boat was in boat slip, so no slip for us to use. We did meet the owners and he did apologize to us but seems like we deserve some kind of compensation.

Quiet getaway to Lake of the Ozarks

Quiet neighborhood on inlet of Lake of the Ozarks with dockside fishing and kayaks to rent. Very responsive manager nearby willing to deal with any issues that arose!
