Located in Seixas, Casa da Quinta dos Moinhos is a modern holiday home with 114 m², accommodating up to 4 guests. You will find 2 suites and 3 bathrooms, offering comfortable accommodation during your stay. The open-plan space combines a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped private kitchen, with a fireplace and air conditioning. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, dedicated workspace, barbecue, and a cot for families with young children.



Outdoors, you can enjoy the private garden, covered and uncovered terraces, and a balcony, all with magnificent views of the Minho River, the sea, and Spain. The private outdoor pool is the perfect spot to enjoy an unforgettable sunset. The morning views are invigorating and the starry sky at night creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.



Parking is available on the property and on the street. Events are not allowed, smoking inside the house is prohibited, and you should avoid entering the house while wet.



The beach and the mouth of the Minho River are just 2 km away, with 30 km of coastline up to Viana do Castelo, ideal for water sports enthusiasts. You can explore the riverside area of Seixas, Vila Nova de Cerveira, Valença, Caminha, and Viana do Castelo. In summer, music festivals, medieval fairs, shows, and exhibitions in Vila Nova de Cerveira offer cultural activities throughout the region. General cleaning, including bed linen and towels, takes place on Saturdays, with a towel change on Wednesdays.
