Welcome to this country house for 4 people, located in the north of the island, near Campanet. It offers all needed comforts to tranform your vacation into an unforgettable experience.
The property features 2700 m2 around the house and the pool area with a forest and Mediterranean garden. The chlorine 7 x 5 metres pool has a depth from 1.8 to 2.2 metres. You will find an area with 6 sun loungers to relax sunbathing by the pool. A mobile gas barbecue is available so that you can cook outdoors. There is a wide variety of fruit trees in the garden, like orange trees, fig trees, medlar trees,...that you can taste when it is their season. In front of the house there is a terrace with a thatched roof, furnished with a table and chairs as well as a sofa in a chill out way. This is the perfect place to relax while having breakfast or reading a book.

The house has a constructed area of 110 m2 and is ideal for families or small groups of friends, as it has two double bedrooms. One of them has two single beds and air conditioning, the second one, located in a loft, has a double bed and air conditioning as well. Both rooms have wardrobes and are spacious, so you can have 2 cots and 2 high chairs if you need them. The bathroom that serves the whole house has a shower. The living room invites you to watch TV in the comfortable armchairs and sofa or to play a game of board games with the little ones. It opens onto the dining room and also to the kitchen, which has everything you need to cook your best recipes, including gas cooker, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electric oven and nice views to the outside. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The location of this property is perfect since you will reach any point in the island in little time. However, you will need a car because the nearest bus stop is 650 metres away, in Campanet. You will find supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc in the village. The nearest hospital is 8 km away, in Inca. In this little city you will find a great variety of shops and all kinds of restaurants (fresh fish, high quality meat, Italian, tasting menus, traditional Mallorcan food restaurants,...). The street market in In ca takes place every Thursday and the town turns into a lively place. Fantastic beaches like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia, Playa de Formentor or Puerto de Pollença can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. You also can visit Cala Sant Vicent and the village of Pollensa where you can climb the more than 365 steps till the chapel of the so called Calvari! Landscape views from there are really worthy!

Nice Week in a cosy House
All in all we were very satisfied, a nice original country house. Equipment for the 4 of us was fine, the only thing we missed are cushions for the chairs and beach chairs and 1-2 towels for the dishes. We have enjoyed our stay Muchas Gracias

Séjour ressourçant et dans la nature
Intérieur de la propriété conforme à la description mais l'entretien de l'extérieur laisse à désirer. Accès difficile en voiture (chemin étroit, portail récalcitrant). Séchoir à linge limite inutilisable, signalé à l'agence Homerti mais non remplacé. Poubelles de tri sélectif à disposition mais aucun ramassage ni borne de collecte dans le village de Campanet. A déconseiller aux familles avec jeunes enfants ou séniors (maison avec marches intérieures et extérieures , sol glissant par endroit)

Die Finca hält leider nicht, was sie verspricht.
Die Finca „Can Pastera“ bekommt von uns zwei von fünf möglichen Sternen. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden, Gasherd, Gasheizung, Kühlgefrierkombination funktionierten und Warmwasser war immer vorhanden. Das WC war in Ordnung. Neue Duscharmatur mit sehr gutem Wasserdurchfluss. Guter Parkplatz vor dem Haus und reibungslose Übergabe der Hausschlüssel (Schlüsselsafe). Folgende Kritikunkte: Das ganze Haus durchdringender „Muffelgeruch“, der wohl aus dem angrenzenden Keller kommt. Auch vom Vermieter aufgestellte Lufterfrischer haben dagegen nicht geholfen. Besonders schlimm in den Schlafzimmern. Leider mussten wir den muffigen Geruch mit nach Hause nehmen, denn er haftet allem an. Alle Sachen mussten zuhause gewaschen oder tagelang gelüftet werden. Spinnen, Kakerlaken und Kellerasseln in allen Räumen. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist anspruchsvoll und teilweise mit Schlaglöchern übersäht. Längere Engstelle und sehr schwierig bei Gegenverkehr. Ein- und Ausfahrt zum Grundstück aufgrund des Gefälles nichts für schwache Nerven. Die Bettlaken und Kopfkissen waren sauber – die Zudecken allerdings mit Schmutz- und Schweißspuren behaftet. Bei den Regenfällen im Oktober 2018 tropfte es vom Dach im großen Schlafraum in das darunter stehende Bett. Das Kinderzimmer ist sehr klein, gerade ausreichend für das Etagenbett – für Kinder ungeeignet zum Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist klein, mit wenig Abstellfläche. Geschirr und Töpfe sind ausreichend vorhanden, Küchenutensilien dagegen unzureichend, überwiegend alt und abgenutzt. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr klein, die Wascharmatur kaum nutzbar, da man seine Hände nicht vollständig darunter bekommt. Duschbecken ebenfalls minimal und mit Schimmelflecken, älterer Duschvorhang klebt beim Duschen am Körper. Nach dem Duschen stehen Raum und Spiegel unter Nebel. Das WIFI ist nicht der Rede wert. Minimale Power. Lange Ladezeiten. Das TV nur mit spanischen Sendern. Küche ohne Kaffeemaschine. Nur ein Espressoautomat. Die Pads dafür nur schwer zu bekommen. Beim Betrieb des Wasserkochers für Filterkaffee Sicherungsausfall. Der Terrassengasgrill funktionierte bei uns nur mit ungleichmäßig heißer Grillfläche. Garten verwildert und teilweise ungepflegt. Bis auf wenige Stunden am Morgen keine Außenfläche zum Sonnen. Aktive Mücken – Tag und Nacht. Besonders am Pool, der komplett von Pflanzen eingegrenzt ist.
