Excellent for the price. Plain but very clean. Continental breakfast was quite good. Only criticism is the WiFi service was often poor and difficult to logon to. Also television lacked access to all live TV channels.

Staff are great very welcoming, we left behind my nieces ear rings in the room called up reception very kindly checked if we left them in the room. They found them and are posting them back to us. Kids also loved the pancakes for breakfast

Location was great, and very friendly staff. The room amenities were average. The kitchenette was clean. The shower rail and grout had rust. Bed was very bumpy.
