Everything was close by that we needed. Always enjoy our stay. Great service, rooms very clean and beds are so comfy. I love it there.

Rooms not cleaned with disinfectant and very run down. Benches not wiped down. Everything inthe room was old and outdated and stained. Room service food not edible. We will never stay there again. We should have left straight away but we had no where else to stay!!!

The room was great and very clean. However, I was a bit disappointed that while we were still inside preparing to check out, around a little past 9 a.m., someone tried to open the door. I opened it and found it was the room cleaner. Although he apologized and seemed surprised we were still inside, it would be appreciated if staff could confirm that a room is vacant before attempting to enter.

Overall a very nice place to stay. A bit of a problem using the key to get in, (would help to have direct line phone number on the key to ring for help from the staff, instead of having to phone the main line and waiting on hold). No big deal though. Beds very comfortable and huge unit. Loved the shower.

Room size is ok, but too many furniture - 3 chairs plus sofa, and 2 tables. The bed is too soft. The floor is uneven, especially at the bathroom entrance. If unaware, it is easy to trip over. The shower is in the bathtub, hard for old people to get in and out. Free parking is good and convenient; many hotels charge $20 to $30 per stay.

Very disappointing overall. Noisy room adjacent to main road affected sleep. Room, although spacious was in desperate need of some maintenance and upgrade- broken features, unfinished tiling, stained carpet, uneven floor under carpet for example. The shower was hot and cleaning staff helpful and nice.
