Composed of 2 parts: On the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 16 m², fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a sofa bed, and an extra bed, a bathroom, separate toilet and a large terrace with sea view.
Above, passing by the outside, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an adjoining laundry room with washing machine and dryer. As well as a large terrace with sea view.

Splendide!

Le cadre est magnifique et la location offre tout ce dont on a besoin de façon pratique et judicieuse. Installée sur deux étages en passant par l'extérieur, elle convient très bien à des adultes.

Nie wieder!

Die Fotos stimmen auf den ersten Blick. Aber die Wirklichkeit birgt dann doch einige Überraschungen. Erstmal ist der Parkplatz nicht auf dem Gelände, sondern am Beginn eines sehr engen steilen privaten Wegs, der am Eingang des Garten, in dem sich das Objekt befindet, endet. Im Garten selbst sind es noch einige Meter auf unbefestigtem Weg, bis man zum Objekt gelangt. In Summe ca. 50 Meter, die für mobil eingeschränkte Personen nicht machbar sind. Dann folgt die zweite Überraschung: der Schlafbereich ist räumlich komplett vom Wohnbereich getrennt und nur aussen über eine steile Natursteintreppe mit einander verbunden. Das wird im Inserat so explizit nicht erwähnt, ist aber eine wichtige Info für ältere oder körperlich eingeschränkte Personen, sowue für Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Wir hatten den ersten Morgen Regen und gelangten also nass in die Küche für eine Tasse Kaffee! Der Wohnbereich war sauber und das Bad und die Toilette im Wohnbereich ist relativ neu. Die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche war klebrig und änderte sich auch nicht nach 3x reinigen mit Wasser und Spülmittel. Das Geschirr, Besteck und Kühlschrank wiederum waren sauber und konnte benutzt werden. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit im Schlafbereich sehr zu wünschen übrig. Schimmel an der Wand in der Toilette und Schlafzimmer, Ameisen im Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Toilette. Silberfischchen im Schlafzimmer. Zu guter Letzt drückte sich aufgrund des starken Regens in den Tagen davor an zwei Stellen Wasser aus den Fliesenfugen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ausser einer kleinen Ablage keine Möglichkeit Kleidung oder Gepäck abzulegen. Zwei Koffer hätten schon keinen Platz mehr gehabt. Zum Glück hatten wir zwei kleinere Reisetaschen, die auf der Ablage Platz fanden. Wir lebten also aus der Tasche und hatten Mühe, die Ameisen davon fern zu halten. Wir sind nach 3 Nächten abgereist. Die Agentur hat unsere Beschwerden zwar aufgenommen. Müssen aber angeblich mit dem Vermieter Rücksprache halten bzgl. einer finanziellen Entschädigung. Das einzig positive war die phantastische Aussicht. Die konnte aber nicht über all die Mängel hinwegtäuschen. Es ist aus unserer Sicht eine Frechheit, dieses Objekt zu dem Preis zu vermieten. Aussicht rechtfertigt nicht alles.
