The holiday home is located in a beachfront complex with community pool and sunbeds. Fully renovated and furnished in a modern style. Especially noteworthy is the terrace overlooking the Atlantic, where you can spend many hours of relaxation. The house has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable 1.50m, terrace and a bathroom with shower and a small laundry corner with washing machine. The holiday home is comfortable and offers all the comforts to enjoy a pleasant holiday, such as free WIFI, TV, etc. From the complex you can access the promenade and the sandy beach. Just a few meters away there are endless bars, restaurants and small supermarkets. Candelaria is a coastal town halfway between the southern international airport and the capital, which makes it an ideal starting point for excursions, gastronomic tastings, cultural events and shopping enthusiasts. Hikers will find the nearby and mythical Barranco de Badajoz in Güimar and those who simply enjoy strolling, will find the long promenade with several small beaches. Despite having grown in recent years, Candelaria still retains the local atmosphere of a coastal town, which makes it an ideal option for travelers fleeing from crowded touristic centers.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
