Your 155 sqm holiday home has 2 terraces (each approx. 50 sqm) with a beautiful sea view of the Atlantic and is equipped with all amenities and technical equipment. WiFi equipped.

The large terraces with the new outdoor shower, the beautiful and cozy terrace furniture invite you to sunbathe and linger. The shower and guest bathroom were newly installed.

Your vacation home has a large living-dining area with a separate well-equipped kitchen. It has two bedrooms, each with a large double bed, the sofa in the living room can also be converted into a bed.
In the house there is a separate apartment for 4 people (approx. An additional 40 sqm) with a new shower bath, which can be booked on request for an additional charge.

If you want to play basketball, just throw a few balls in your holiday home or experience the sunset with a view of Gran Canaria with a barbecue and a well-chilled glass of wine.

Your vacation home is located near the capital and port city of Santa Cruz (14 km away), which has a good cultural offer and nice shopping and nightlife options. Stroll through the pedestrian zone near the harbor and visit one of the many small restaurants in the cozy side streets of this ancient city.

Your holiday home is the ideal place to relax and a convenient starting point for beach stays, windsurfing and kitesurfing, for golfing, extensive hikes and bike tours in the Anaga Mountains, Mercedes Forest and Esperenzawald or sightseeing / shopping and culture in the lively port city of Santa Cruz and the university town of La Laguna, as well for all day trips to the many sights on the island, which are quickly accessible from here.

Not far from Santa Cruz is the long, white sandy beach Las Teresitas, which invites you to swim and sunbathe.

Approximately 5 km from the house is the still original Spanish town of Candelaria with the large cathedral of Saint Candelaria (patron saint of the island). Here you have several black sandy beaches as well as some fish restaurants on the beach promenade. There are also all shopping facilities such as a shopping center, supermarket, post office, health center, pharmacy, a wonderful farmers market and a quiet pedestrian area that leads directly to Plaza Candelaria.
