The Space:

You’ve planned an Asheville weekend filled with scenic hikes, incredible eats, and the world’s greatest brewery hop, but have you thought about where you’re going to kick back and relax after all that hustle?





Take a vacation from your vacation at our quiet home just 10 minutes from busy downtown, Biltmore Estate, and West Asheville. Why deal with cramped hotel rooms or haul up all that camping gear when you can find a spot that feels just like home? Feel free to bring along the in-laws and kids, because we have space for everyone. Our home comfortably sleeps 6! We offer several private rooms that offer plenty of space to unwind. Clean linens are always provided.





This quiet residential neighborhood will offer privacy and calm after an exciting concert at the Orange Peel or a tour of the Biltmore Estate. Put your feet up on the sectional and post your epic pics of those beautiful mountain views. Wifi is included!



From Sunny Point Cafe to Nine Mile, Nightbell and Farm Burger, Asheville offers some of the best food around. We have a fridge to stash your leftovers and a kitchen in case you are inspired to create a few culinary creations of your own.



Our home isnt far from the Parkway, so you are well on your way to amazing adventures. Take the hike up Mount Pisgah and grab dinner at the scenic Pisgah Inn. We also love the views from Black Balsam and Graveyard Fields. The Blue Ridge mountains have so much to offer, and our home is close enough to it all you can make it back from your hike in time to squeeze in that afternoon nap.



If the nature scene isn’t your thing, we are also just minutes from the River Arts District. Take a tour of a studio and meet several of the artists that call Asheville home. While you’re there, make sure to make a taco run at White Duck and get a caffeine fix at Pennycup.



Come and stay with us for a vacation that offers both convenience and comfort. Park your cars, pack the gear, and bring your friends. There is plenty of room for an unforgettable trip.

Great experience

Our stay was great, Jon our host made things easy. The property was nice for my sisters and myself. We went to spend time with my brother who lives in Asheville. I was able to cook for my siblings it truly was a home away from home. Would definitely come back to this property.

Townhome Stay

We were in town to search for a vacation home and the proximity of the townhome was fine.The place itself was fine and what I didn’t realize, it was right off a busy four-lane road. I had planned on riding my bike and running but wasn’t able to while we were there (no road shoulder either). It was also tough to walk our dogs as well because of the location.

Very Clean. Good Proximity to AVL.

First, the communications were excellent with the manager/owner. We had a minor issue with the door code, but they were responsive and resolved it in minutes. The townhome was remarkably clean. We were very impressed with that aspect. The location was just outside Asheville, but it was a quick drive to downtown and to the places we wanted to visit. The parking is fairly tight even in the driveway, but it’s still sufficient. I’d recommend the place for a group of 2-3 friends or couples.

West Asheville

Great location for what we needed to do , Close to downtown and area restaurants . Easy access to highways. . Parking a little tight for two cars but works . The place needs a little updating, carpet downstairs and carpet on stairs need cleaning , also the guest bath by tub in the corners needed to be cleaned. Overall a great place to stay .

Great condo close to Bob Jones park

We were in town for my daughter’s softball tournament and this place was the best location for that! It was also not far from downtown Asheville. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We had a little trouble with the AC the first night, but realized it froze up. So, we left it off for the day since we were gone and at night it was working again. Also, the parking was a bit of an issue because the garage is so small and the driveway is only fit for one car. But we only had two cars so we made it work. I would definitely stay here again if we had another softball tournament!

Exactly what we needed!

Needed a place to stay for a weekend wedding. My husband, friends and I had plenty of space for our quick trip. Location was perfect! Close to the venue and restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Girls trip to Biltmore

Great townhouse in a good & safe location for visiting the Biltmore. Just a short drive to Biltmore & downtown Ashville which was nice. We also enjoyed getting back to the house & enjoyed eating locally without crowds. The townhouse was very clean, furnished & stocked nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The host kept us informed and answered questions very quickly. Great place to stay!

Perfect place to stay.

This was the perfect place to stay for visiting the Biltmore. They had everything we needed. We also went to Doc Brown’s BBQ that was recommended in a previous review. We were not disappointed. It was great food!

Nice house, convenient to everything

We really enjoyed our stay; nice house, nice beds and bedrooms, with a smaller kitchen but it suited us just fine. Minuses: parking is tight, no pot holders, smaller main tv with a fussy remote. The plusses outweigh the minuses. We’d definitely stay again.

Great Repeat Stay!

This is such a nice little spot that this was our second stay, and we are already planning on the next stay. It is easy to find and navigate to, and is always tidy and clean. The kitchen has the basics to make breakfast, and we were always out and about the rest of the day. Comfy beds and very nice bathrooms.

Great property! We were really only there for sleeping and breakfast, but the site had everything we needed for our time there. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens were available, everything was clean. Will likely stay there again!

Great location!

The location, cleanliness, furnishings were great! The beds were comfortable and towels plentiful. However the place needs some TLC for minor issues. However the handrail going upstairs was not secured - one bracket totally off the wall ! This is a safety issue for young and older travelers.
