We present to you the object of desire for a perfect vacation.
In one of the most elegant and prestigious beach towns in the Levante. Perfectly located on one of the best avenues in the town. Next to a large supermarket, bakery, the best restaurants and within a luxury urbanization, perfectly maintained, with two beautiful swimming pools, a basketball court, a paddle tennis court, showers for your return from the beach, a playground and green areas in an environment guarded and fenced where the family can rest assured.
It is a penthouse (duplex). On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each, the living room and kitchen, a balcony where 4 people can comfortably dine, and the full bathroom with a bathtub. Going up the private stairs and inside the same house we access the enormous terrace. This has awnings, table and chairs and showers. The living room has air conditioning and the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
To complete the comfort and benefits, the use of a space in the urbanization's private underground parking space is included free of charge.
Just 500 meters from the excellent Canet beach promenade and perfectly connected to Valencia (25 minutes by car), Sagunto (10 minutes), Valencia airport (35 minutes). It is the perfect location to enjoy the city and the beach without giving up anything.
