The downstairs is completely separate from the upstairs of the house, with separating doors. 

 

The downstairs consists of two bedrooms, two bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. Each downstairs bedroom has a separate entrance.  Water and dispenser provided.  There is gated parking in a large shared patio.

 

Ceiling fans throughout all rooms. 

 

Fast Wifi in every room.

 

Each bedroom has a brand new Regency Elite King Size Pillow Top mattresses, a 43" smart TV, a ceilling fan, air conditioning, hot water water, and brand new teak furniture.

 

No houses on opposite side of the street, and located on a dead end street, so no traffic.

 

Our neighbors have dogs, and walk the dogs in the morning, so there is significant barking for 30 minutes in the morning, then the street is quiet.  In other words, you will probably be woken up in the morning, but can quickly go back to sleep.

 

Our address is Jl. Pantai Berawa Canggu Permai III, Blok C1, No. 6.   

 

You get all the benefits of Canggu (5 minute motorbike drive) but living in a local neighborhood with local prices, and without the noise and traffic of Canggu. 

 

If you want activity, everything is within five minutes, including Atlas (largest beach club in South East Asia), Finns (the original Beach Club), a large local out door market, a large local park, Pepito grocery store, Festive grocery store, and many restaurants and bars, and not to mention Canggu is also five minutes away. 

 

No smoking in interior spaces and no pets.  AC is not provided in the family room and dining room, but the ceiling fans work great.
