The Grande Rockies Resort features an amazing indoor waterpark, equipped with an inviting heated pool, thrilling three-story waterslide, and a lively kids` splash pool. There is also an indoor/outdoor hot tub to unwind in, a delicious on-site restaurant and secure underground parking, all of which are accessible to our guests!

To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, ALL guests must complete a short pre-arrival process AFTER the booking is confirmed. This is managed through a preferred third-party guest portal and helps protect both you and the home. This verified process keeps everything platform compliant and ensures a worry-free stay for both guests and hosts.

âĄïž Choose Your Protection Option ⣠Damage Waiver ($56-82 depending on length of stay) â Covers accidental damage up to $700. (No deposit hold required) OR ⣠Refundable Security Deposit ($700) â Pre-authorization only; collected 24 hours before check-in and released 5 days after checkout if no damages, missing items, or issues.
âPLEASE NOTE: The damage waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional or negligent damage, policy violations, or pet-related issues. Such costs may be charged separately or submitted through a Resolution Center. By booking, you confirm your agreement to these terms.

â° EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ⣠We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hoursâ notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures arenât always possible. If the home is ready sooner, weâll let you know.
𧳠LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS ⣠Please double-check before leaving. Items left behind are stored for 14 days, then donated or discarded. Coordination for pickup or return will incur a shipping and admin fee. We are not responsible for items left, lost, or damaged after departure.
đŠ MAIL & PARCELS ⣠We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, contact a local post office for options. For larger parcels, arrange door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are not responsible for retrieving, storing, or replacing any mail or packages that are lost, delayed, or mis-delivered.
đ MAINTENANCE & ACCESS ⣠Emergencies may require entry without notice. For non-emergencies, we will always provide notice where possible. Guests will always receive a message from us as soon as possible in all situations.
đł CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY ⣠For bookings where Contigo Properties is the payment processor, a 10% non-refundable processing fee applies at the time of booking. Cancellations and refunds follow the Contigo Properties Cancellation Policy provided at reservation for these platforms. If any site displays âfree cancellation,â the Contigo Properties policy takes precedence. By booking, guests authorize Contigo Properties to charge the card on file per the agreed payment schedule and acknowledge that chargebacks for authorized transactions are not permitted.

Stay was lovely. Good location and we had a view of the mountains out the patio. Hot tub wasnât super hot but we liked that you could sit inside or outside in it. Loved the free park pass. Hosts were great at communicating.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and were delighted with the accommodations, including swimming in the pool and using the water slide, relaxing on the patio while taking in the mountain views, and exploring Canmore. We found everything to be quite enjoyable in this mountain vacation spot.
This was a great place to stay for our visit to the Canadian Rockies! Close to Banff, so it was easy to get to the park, and with fun stuff to do in Canmore, which has definitely grown since we were there last. The condo was cozy and clean with no major issues. Would stay here again if we returned to the area.
The view was great to wake up to and using the amenities to have a relaxing stay was awesome I throughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having a coffee! My kids really enjoyed the toys available to play with and I felt super comfortable. Also the pool was fun and outdoor hot tub was so cool.
The hosts were awesome at checking in and gave great information about the stay. I highly recommend and will definitely come back!
We had the best stay at Taras and Oksanaâs property! The suite is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the beds were extremely cozy. Thank you very much for the seamless process, weâll be back for sure.
