This 36m² 2-room apartment is located in the Suquet district, the old town of Cannes. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, open to a nice living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Beautiful decoration modern and bright.

The apartment is ideally located, perfect for visiting the city of Cannes:
- Palais des festivals: 11 min walk
- Beaches: 5 min walk
- Supermarket : 2 min walk
- Restaurants / bars : 2 min walk
- Suquet Forville public parking : 6 min walk

The apartment will be carefully prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It has an internet connection.

We offer additional services:
- Early arrival, before 4:00 pm, according to availability
- Late check-out, after 11:00 am, subject to availability
- Airport transfer / baby bed / concierge / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc...

The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules.

Every arrival is self-managed, the keybox is in the building hall of your flat.

We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :

- Early check-ins
- Airport transfers
- Welcoming in person on site

All the info about your accommodation will be sent to you 15 minutes before your check-in.

We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.

The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.

If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.

It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.

If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.

- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€
- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€
- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
