With its two terraces to enjoy the sun, at the foot of the Croisette and the beaches, this large 120m² apartment will allow you to enjoy an exceptional stay in Cannes.

In the extension of the Croisette, the Palm Beach is both a quiet area where it is good to walk and full of activity. It is the ideal place to practice water sports (Stand-up Paddle, Kite surfing, windsurfing, Kayak, etc...) and to meet the Cannois on the public beaches and the boulistes on the "Place de l'Étang". There is also the prestigious Palm Beach Casino and its nightclub, as well as the famous Baoli, the Mecca of the Cannes nightlife.

The apartment is ideally located to enjoy the must-sees of Cannes:
- Palais des festivals: 26 mins walk / 6 mins by taxi-car / bus
- Beaches: 4 mins walk
- Supermarkets: 2 mins walk
- Restaurants/bars: 1 min walk

This tastefully decorated 4 room apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 people:
- Living/dining room equipped with flat screen TV and dining table, 6 chairs and 2 deckchairs, with direct access to a 30m² south-west facing terrace.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed, with a large dressing room, a bathroom, and access to the terrace with a view of the sea and a magnificent view of the Croisette.
-Bedroom 2: two single beds, a shower room, with a large closet and access to the second terrace of 10m² facing east.
-Bedroom 3: has a single bed and access to the terrace.
-Kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: oven, fridge, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc.

Of course, you will have free Wifi and air conditioning, as well as everything you need for a peaceful stay: quality sheets and towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hangers, cleaning material (vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop), as well as a washing machine and a dryer.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a beautiful residence with guard 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

- Late departure, departure after 11:00 am, according to availability
- Airport transfer / baby bed / concierge service / possibility to leave your luggage at the agency / etc...

The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules.

Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.

We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best.

We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :

- Early check-ins
- Airport transfers
- Welcoming in person on site

The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.

It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.

The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.

If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.

We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.

If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.

- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€
- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€
- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
