Our room was one of two on the ground floor fitted with extra grab rails and alarm/assistance cords. Fairly spacious room and bathroom. Sliding bathroom door was a little heavy to open and close. Staff were very good and helpful dealing with a couple of minor issues (missing TV controller and exiting the car park avoiding the toll). It was a very good experience, representing great value for money. Good to see some generosity regarding the tea and coffee components. Easy access to the services facilities. A couple criticisms; there was only one plug socket and uncertain if this is common to the other rooms, also, the mattress was far too soft for my liking. Overall, good sized rooms, clean and tidy, pleasant and helpful staff. Good value.

Parking was great. Right outside hotel and well lit. Reception staff excellent. Friendly professional and very informative. Good conversation amd friendly. Room was comfortable although a bit tired and in need of renovation. Taps were difficult to turn off but managed it. Highly recommended this hotel and staff.

Excellent good vulue for money A policy should be inforced for inconsiderate guests staying at the hotel who choose to smoke. This is not just inconsiderare for other guests who inhale unwanted 2 x smoke. But for the poor cleaning staff who are exposed to this irritant
