If you are looking for a base for walking, cycling, or touring this beautiful part of East Kent, then Willow Tree Lodge is perfect. In the heart of the beautiful Kentish countryside, the picturesque village of Littlebourne is only 4 miles from the historic Cathedral City of Canterbury. This studio style lodge in the owner’s garden, overlooks open countryside and has everything you could want for a cosy, comfortable and relaxing holiday or short break. And, to add to the appeal, the lodge sits on the banks of Little Stour with fabulous views of the crystal clear water, reeds and wildlife including ducks, moorhens, water voles, kingfishers and egrets. The owners keep chickens and so guests will be welcomed with fresh eggs, and fresh bread from the local farm shop.

Charming well appointed chalet

Enjoyed our stay, making a pleasant change from a regular b&b or pub. Diane & Ian pleasant and helpful. Quiet location with just the ducks for company - and Lady the spaniel of course.

We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I had such a wonderful two-night stay at Willow Tree Lodge. The location was excellent and the facilities were all in perfect condition and SO CLEAN. Effort was made everywhere and you could really tell. I usually like exploring different places and picking new accommodation each time, but I would definitely come back here a second time.

Perfect!

This was the most perfect little cottage with all the needed amenities. The Little Stour ran right behind the cottage and we enjoyed every evening sitting by the river until dusk. Honestly, we could not have asked for a better setting or more attentive hosts!!!

Peaceful and relaxing

Comfortable studio with kitchenette amd ensuite. A beautiful place with the peaceful sounds of the stream, ducks and other birdlife all outside our window. Wonderful place to have time out and relax. Close to places like Cantebury, Dover, Herne Bay for day trips. Diane was a excellent Host.

A perfect retreat

Willow tree cottage was just lovely and is very well appointed. It's setting alongside the river stour is perfect and the villase of Littlebourne has easy access to beautiful Canterbury. We stayed for three nights and our host Dianne was so friendly and helpful.
