Slightly elevated, surrounded by approx. 7000 m2 of natural terrain, the finca is quiet and peaceful at the end of a dead end, approx. 2 km from the sandy bay of Cala Mesquida. The finca consists of 2 residential units.
The smaller apartment consists of a living-sleeping area with a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
