Very convenient location. Steps from the beach, which was only a little crowded during the rocket launch. If you get the chance, go out to see one! We didn’t use the pool, but it is just outside the patio doors. Easy drive to pretty much everything imaginable in the area. Host was quick with responses. Water was hot and the A/C was cold. Parking right outside. No complaints!

We enjoyed our stay! It was easy access to the pool, the ocean and getting around the area was easy. Communication with the agent was excellent and she was always responded to any questions quickly and followed up to make sure all was well. Great experience!

Could not see the beach from this bottom floor condo. Dune and pool were in the way. The place was very clean, in and out. Furniture was cheap, old, and uncomfortable. Bed was too soft and hard to get out of. Spare bed was a matress on a frame, no box spring or foundation. Didn't use it. Stove was dated, worked, but a light stayed on indicating that there was an element on when there wasn't. Pans were trash. Good coffee maker and toaster. Newer fridge was nice as well as the stacking washer/dryer. I bought batteries for the thermostat to get the A/C to turn off. A short walk over the dune brought you to a nice section of public beach. There were 8 Portuguese Man of War there the first morning. Still living. I hate to write bad reviews but it's obvious that there was once flood water in the main bath, obvious from poor repairs and we paid a lot of money, expecting at least a home away from home, not a place to soak tourists. Never trusting VRBO again.

Our stay was wonderful. We had one hiccup with the code to enter the condo, but the property was quick to respond and we were in the condo in no time at all (it was July 4th when we arrived). The condo looked exactly like the pictures except there was a new dining table but it is still very nice. The condo was well-appointed and equipped: pots, pans, linens, beach chairs, umbrellas, games, books, etc. Grocery is nearby, lots of restaurants, and the condo had everything we needed (blender, toaster, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, etc). The condo is not oceanfront but the building is - this condo is a corner unit, very close to the pool, shuffleboard, putting green, trash chute, recycling, and public beach access, and the designated parking space is right out the front door. Sliding glass door opens to the courtyard with the pool. Everyone was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels are professionally laundered. There is a washer/dryer in the condo for convenience. We had a great stay! The condo is very close to Cocoa Beach, the Wizard of Oz Museum, Gator 'N Golf, the Dinosaurs and Ancient Civilizations Museum, shopping, and more. We plan to return. I feel like the price we paid for this unit, on a holiday weekend was very reasinable. Also, I saw no signs of bugs. The water was beutiful, the breeze was nice, and the beach was not overcrowded.

The pool was ok and the walk to beach ok. Property is not clean like the picture shows. Made attempts to reach someone to address the cockroaches that were massive in size. Property owner never even reached out to me about it or offered any discounts at all. I will not stay there again.

Great location! Nice condo! Would definitely stay again! Amanda was very professional and delivered all check in information in a timely manner. The couches and table were different than in photos however that didn’t change my thoughts on the condo. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking!

Not as the pictures show

Bedrooms very nice, great mattresses. Bathrooms great. Kitchen old, non working range top except for one burner, limited bakeware, rusty utensils and oven drawer, dirty dishes upon arrival and soiled cupboard linings. Living room couches horrible, had to buy covers for them, stained, odor and very uncomfortable. TV in bedroom wouldn’t work, promised a new cable box, never got. Internet very spotty, living room TV off sometimes for hours. Rug in living room soiled and corner ripped. Sweeper had bare electrical wires in two places. No way to clean the wood floor which was dirty to begin with. Our feet were filthy and had to throw away our socks, they wouldn’t come clean.

All the feels!

First vacation post Covid and it was a home run! This first floor Condo is perfectly suited for those who are bringing their fur baby’s! It was spacious and clean, super cozy bedding, and was generously stocked with all amenities that were helpful for our 10 day stay. The pool and beach access were literally steps away from paradise! Unfortunately, the city prohibits pets on most parts of the beach, including CT’s access. The WiFi connection was spotty and glitchy at times (but not the end of the world). All in all, it was a superb experience and highly recommended.

Everything was clean. The added beach items were a nice touch. Everything was wonderful except the mattress in the master bedroom. It was as hard as a brick, but some people prefer firm mattresses. Location was wonderful and ease of access to the beach was great.

We had a fantastic stay. There is more than meets the eye here. It was the easiest stay because you are only a few steps away from the pool and just a couple of more steps to the beach. Great communication and the nicest people. Very family friendly all around you at the Canaveral Towers.

Great place to stay

Property and condo were very clean. The patio, courtyard, and pool area provided a lovely tropical environment. A few yards walk through the courtyard and over the boardwalk led to the beach which was never too crowded. The location of the property was perfect, not in the middle of the tourist attractions but only a short drive to all the cool places in the area. We were thrilled to find such a nice beachfront condo that was pet friendly! We did notice a slight pee smell occasionally, but nothing too overwhelming. To be expected of a pet friendly place. We bought a scented candle and that took care of it. Our only complaint is the sliding door to the courtyard. It was VERY HARD TO OPEN AND CLOSE! Almost impossible a few times. I have a pinched nerve in one arm and was not able to open the door myself most of the time, because you need two hands and strong arms to get it open. This was very inconvenient! My husband hurt his wrist one time trying to get it open. The grandkids came over one evening and one of the adults had to be a door monitor, which was very frustrating because kids like to run in and out. You can’t leave the door open or the air shuts off automatically and if you have pets, they run out. They need to FIX. THE. DOOR! Overall, I would highly recommend this condo, as long as they fix the door.

Enjoyable and good location

We truly enjoyed the location and overall was satisfied. The washer and dryer was really nice to have in the unit. The King size beds in both rooms was really nice for family members. Here are some personal concerns and some comments that are more about our personal preferences: 1. There were small bugs (mites) that appeared each night in the master bedroom. They were generally seen by the bed tables. 2. There was no garbage disposal. I can’t remember the last time I was in one that didnt’ have a garbage disposal. 3. The master bathroom toilet was located so close to the cabinets that the toilet paper made the position uncomfortable. 4. The oven is very old and will need to be replaced. 5. There were no ceiling fans in the unit—anywhere. I haven’t seen a unit without ceiling fans for a long time. 6. The living room couches were not comfortable to relax upon. Their design and size limited seating. There was no additional chairs. 7. The dining room chairs were plastic and uncomfortable. 8. There was no TV in the second bedroom. That was a huge disappointment to the family that stayed in that room. The location of this unit is the greatest advantage it has over other choices. If it was on an upper floor we would never return. If we find a unit similar in location that does not have half of the above issues then we would be tempted to rent that unit. In summary, location is tantamount to us. The unit was satisfactory and we had a nice time with family.

We enjoyed our stay, the unit had everything we needed , it was clean and updated. Amazing location and easy beach access. The two king beds slept great! The only downside was the couches are not comfortable for sitting and the additional sleeping arrangements for the living room wasn’t comfortable. Replace the living room couch with a sleeper sofa and this unit is absolutely perfect! The management was absolutely amazing as well and was on top of anything we needed.
