* No smoking inside the property. However smoking is allowed on porches.

* No cleaning fish inside the house. Fish cleaning station is outside by the pump house/light house.

* Renter assumes risk associatied with use of loft including the ladder and stairs or staircase.

* A $50 key loss charge and $100 fee for door lock replacement.



Boats of all kinds are allowed on the property . Hose and a fish cleaning

station is provided



This cottage doesn't provide enough space for 6 full size adults. 4 adults

and 2 children works great.
