South exposed, lanai enclosed large deck, heated pool,(heat pump), w awesome view of canal with river view, enjoy your morning coffee watching the boats passing by! 2 Kayaks available to enjoy the canal, fun fishing off the side of the canal. Dolphin and manatee sightings!
