The single family home is fully furnished, offers a great room layout, split bedroom floor plan, tile flooring throughout, cathedral ceiling, spacious kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining area, large master suite with flat TV screen, dual sink & shower in master bath along with a walk-in closet, long screened lanai, laundry room, garage and a large backyard. If you would like to explore and discover the beautiful and peaceful waters around the area, we have a kayak for 2 persons that can be rented.
