Welcome to our Villa New Starshine
Enjoy a relaxing holiday under the Florida sun and treat yourself to an unforgettable holiday.
Our modern villa was built this year and is very exclusive and tastefully furnished. The villa is located in the south west of Cape Coral and has a south-west orientation, so that even during the winter months sunny hours are secured by the pool. The house can accommodate 6-8 people. Equipped with three quiet bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms of a large, fully equipped, open kitchen with granite countertops and a dining area as well as a modern living room, the house has about 220 sqm of living space. As children are welcome, there is a high chair, baby cot and toys. The large terrace with a pool / whirlpool with a child-friendly low-water zone has a dining table and a seating group for 6 persons in the covered area as well as 5 relaxation areas. A new 4 Falmmen Gas Grill is at our guests' disposal. The pool can be secured by a children's fence.
Let yourself be inspired by our beautiful Villa New Starshine. Very central location, 5 minutes to the shopping center and restaurants as well as 5 minutes to the Cape Harbor, where you can end the evening with candle-lit dinner, cocktail bar and ice-cream romantic


 Our house is centrally located and is just minutes from Cape Coral beach. Since we spend several times a year vacation with our daughter in our villa, the house has a perfect decor and an indescribable charm. We have tried to make an unforgettable holiday for our guests in a beautiful house.
We are sure that the Villa Starshine will be remembered.


Pool and whirlpool: You can be sure that there are no wishes left open. Pool and whirlpool can be electrically heated. We planned the pool with children's area. Here the water depth is very low, so that their toddlers can safely splash in the water. If necessary, a pool can be provided by our landlord before arrival. A large electric grill invites to the barbecue.


Leisure activities: In close proximity you will find many leisure activities according to every taste. All watersports, a large aquatic amusement park, beautiful beaches such as Sunibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. The small Cape Coral beach is just 3 km away. In a few minutes you can reach Cape Harbor, where you can eat in a chic restaurant, conquer cocktails or perhaps find refreshment in the ice cream parlor. In the evening, the evening can be romanticized. Shopping malls like the Edison in Fort Myers or the Miromar Outlet are about 30 minutes away. To Orlando to countless recreational parks they drive in approximately 2 1/2 Autostunden.

The rental price refers to four persons. Each additional person is charged with 15, - $ per day. Children under 12 years are not charged.
There are also the final cleaning. The usual in Florida
Tax of 11% is already included.
We do not charge surcharges for Easter and Christmas holidays.

We love this property and this is our second time here. Property manager is alway amazing. Owners send us a Christmas card every year which we love. They make it feel like it’s your home away from home. We love the huge fruit basket they always leave their guest. Amazing highly recommend.

Exquisite Getaway

Stunning home for our Christmas vacation! The property was absolutely beautiful and in a very desirable location. We spent most of our time just enjoying the weather and quality family time on the spacious lanai. Holger and Silvia were perfect hosts answering all of our questions in a timely fashion, prior to our arrival. Sabine was equally excellent during our stay, making sure all accommodations exceeded our expectations. We would 100% stay at this property again, and highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy all that SWFL has to offer!!

Love this house!

We loved our stay in this house! The house is beautiful and well laid out. Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably. The home owners and Sadine (property manager) was wonderful to work with. This place literally has everything you could want on a vacation from a pack-n-play, high chair, beach toys, bikes, and kids toys. The pool and spa area is amazing and overlooking the canal where the jumping fish will surely keep you entertained (especially for young children). We cannot wait to come back!

Thanksgiving 2020

Our family had a great time staying here over thanksgiving. The property was immaculate and better than the pictures. Unfortunately the AC was not working when we arrived but the property manager had it serviced first thing the next day. We will definitely consider staying here again on future trips to the area. One thing to consider when booking if you plan on boating and are unfamiliar with the area, it is about 45 min to 1 hr to get to open water through the canals.

Amazing vacation

Our vacation was fantastic from the moment we arrived. The house was even better than pictured. The majority of our time was spent outside by the pool. We also took a few trips to get ice cream on the bikes, and drove over to Sanibel a couple times. I must say the house was incredibly supplied with anything necessary (thank you), communication before and during our stay was fantastic, there wasn't anything we couldn't find (except a extra days). From the time we arrived everything was better than promised. We cannot say enough good things about Sabine, she was extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. The pool and views are amazing along with having a ground floor access to everything makes for great functionality between indoor and outdoor space. Publix and dollar general are just down the street along with a short drive to lobster lady and rum runners. Thank you for a great anniversary! Hope to come again next year.

A Great Stay At Your House

Upon arrival, we were completely amazed with the beautiful house and pool/spa. We felt at home with all the amenities. When we went to the beach, there were chairs, umbrellas and coolers to take along. Another day when we were there we had a very enjoyable bike ride through the neighborhood, using bicycles that were in the garage. We had friends that visited us at the house, and they too were awestruck with the domicile. Each evening we would sit in the spa and marvel at the gorgeous sunsets. We would love to come and visit Florida again and stay in this house.

Last Minute Holiday Vacation Opportunity in Cape Coral

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious European style villa/home. It was so clean and elegant, and filled with lovely art. Being on the canal was awesome and the screened-in back yard with infinity pool and hot tub was so nice. We really appreciated all the amenities and uncommon touches, like the bowl of fresh fruit that we nibbled on the entire week and the well stocked kitchen (including condiments and tons of spices). They had a large bluetooth speaker for us to use. The beds were very comfortable, and the TVs were good. Property mgr. Sabine was nice, responsive and helpful. We’d love to visit Villa StarShine again!

Great place!

We had a fantastic stay for Spring Break this year! Beautiful house and the most comfortable beds! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and were in it all day everyday. My girlfriend and I loved the hot tub and the guys had a great time fishing in the channel. We barely had to leave the house, it was just so nice. We went to the Cape Coral beach once, it was nice and close. Also within a reasonable driving distance of Sanibel island as well. The only negatives were the dryer did not work - it would not dry our clothes at all, so we had to let them dry outside......and the electric bill at the end of the week was quite high. But neither are real deal breakers and we are already talking about going back next year!

Awesome estate!

Great Villa, well equipped and tastefully furnished. Everything seemed to be new and well maintained. There was one bummer though: there was a construction site next door which impacted our vacation with dust and noise. But it was not that bad as it might sound. And once they‘re done building the house, I would definitely go again. Also, the owners / landlords of the rented villa as well as the property management on site and even the pool guys were super friendly and helped immediately when help was needed. Long story short: If you want to have a great time in Cape Coral and if you‘re looking for a nice villa: „New Starshine“ is definitely the place to go!
