We'd love to welcome you to Coves in The Cape!!! Our newly renovated 1/1 is managed and hosted by native professional locals. We invite you on your getaway to sunny SWFL to stay in our poolside retreat. Hangout and enjoy yummy beverages and grilling your favorite foods by the pool by day and enjoy the many restaurants, bars and nightlife in downtown Cape Coral about a half mile away in the evening. The property is centrally located to take full advantage of the Yacht Club & public Beach (6 min), "island time"! Mattlacha(20 min), Ft.Myers Beach(30 min) and downtown Ft.Myers Riverfront(25 min) is just a short drive away.

The apartment features a comfortable queen size bed and full-size shower and bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking and eating utensils, toaster, blender, Keurig machine, and cleaning supplies. The living room has a 55" smart TV and sectional with a full size slide out sleeper. Hi Speed WiFi works around entire property. Washer/dryer in unit.

The covered patio has 4 person table to enjoy outdoor dining and socializing. Also features a large pool deck with seating and lounge chairs and plenty of space to use the BBQ grill. 14,000 gallon heated pool has plenty of floats and toys for everyone.

This property hosts another unit (2/2) as well, so the pool is shared and the deck is common grounds, but each unit has its own private entrances on separate sides of property. Inquire about reserving both units simultaneously to accommodate more quests in you party.

Mike was great to communicate with. The pool is a shared but the setup is great. Feels like your own patio space then the large shared pool. Very clean and everything you’d need. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot, close to the downtown entertainment area

Great little spot, well equipped and cozy. The pool is on the south side and shared with one other unit. A 10 minute drive gets you to groceries, many restaurants and entertainment venues. Cruise over to Fort Meyers and catch the Twins or the Red Sox spring training. A great little getaway.

Close to everything

This property is totally cute. It was described as being fully renovated and it was. The fun colorful bedding and decorations gave a vacation vibe. Blankets so soft and shower big with lots of hot water. My husband enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed sunning myself. Mike had notebook with lots of helpful tips. Neighborhood very quiet but close to so much. I wish we had a longer stay.

Clean, Peace and Quiet

You have to rent this property to get the full experience. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a very, very clean, beautifully decorated property with ample space to live your best “Florida Pool Life”. It comes with everything you need for a beautiful, tropical paradise vacation. I used the shared pool with a family renting next door and it worked out great. We also shared the grill without any problems. The location is very central to stores and restaurants. It was very quiet, I never heard anyone and really couldn’t even hear traffic or other urban noises. It was hands down the best property I have rented and I am a former military wife so I have had to rent temporarily before. Bravo to Mike, the owner and this lovely property. I hope to rent it again in the future.

Perfect Place, Perfect Location

We were in town for a quick family visit on short notice, and this unit was perfect for our needs. I met the owner by chance as he was checking on a other unit, and he was very kind and welcomed us warmly, then was "out of our hair" the rest of the time. The pool was a welcome respite after a long drive. My wife was appreciative that the supplied toiletries did not include petrolatum, as she's allergic to that. So if you share the same type of allergies and forget to pack your own products, know that you're in good hands! Next time we're in the Cape, we'll definitely look here first!

Very well pleased with our stay! Check in and check out was easy, and the house was comfortable and very well decorated with everything just as shown on the vrbo site. A nice touch was the wine the host left for us, and the pool was great for cooling off after a day in the sun! We would highly recommend this place to others! Only suggestion to the host is to add a current picture of the outside/street view because if you look it up on google earth it has an older, not very appealing street view. It's obvious the house has been remodeled inside and out, and they did a wonderful job!
