The entire Villa has a fully integrated Sonos sound system. Connect it with your Smartphone and listen to your favorite music from 14 speakers in the living-, dining-, gaming- and patio area. 100 Mbps high speed wireless is for free.

The generously dimensioned dining area offers the perfect view of the pool and canal to the southwest. An 8 foot pool table completes the indoor entertainment. The 22 ft. wide sliding door leads seamlessly to the terrace with the infinity saltwater pool.

The master suite with over 900 sq ft of living space, walk-in closet, bathroom, shower and separate toilette also includes a “private garden” with outdoor shower. Each other bedroom has its own bathroom, spacious walk-in closet and King Size bed with American mattress and flat screen TV. All bathrooms have double sinks, a separate toilet and a spacious rainfall shower.

The sophisticated 42 ft long pool design provides the opportunity for the passionate swimmer as well as to just enjoy a refreshing drink or relax in the whirlpool. The pool can be heated by an environmentally friendly heat pump even in the cooler months for comfortable water temperatures without additional energy costs.

On the pool deck there’s an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Also convenient is the direct access from the pool to the bathroom. Due to the extra wide lot, the pool deck is very spacious. Sit on the screened patio, relax in the in-ground pool and enjoy a Kobe Steak from the Grill. The Art of Life!

Every guest will find a beautiful spot in the sun on one of the 8 sun loungers. Those who prefer some shade will find it under the beautiful 39 ft tall Foxtail palms that line the pool area. After two doors you reach the Captain’s Walk, which delimits the whole property to the west. From here you can access the boat dock and a seating area from where you can enjoy the action on the canal or the magnificent sunsets.

The center of Cape Coral is only five minutes away and a Publix Supermarket only two minute drive by car.

Children stay for free until the age of 6.
