Intervillas Florida - Villa Brightwater

Villa Brightwater was newly renovated in 2021 and is very bright and modern furnished. On 327m², spread on 2 floors, it offers space for 11 guests in 5.5 bedrooms.

The large heated pool with skin-friendly salt water invites you to linger. Of course the pool and lanai area is surrounded by a screen.

Each room has its own TV, in the game room even a PlayStation 5 is waiting for our guests. The Samsung smart TV's are equipped with Hulu and Netflix.

Quietly located on the edge of Cape Coral with a unique view of the mangroves. Villa Brightwater is right on the river - just beautiful. Explore the mangroves with the accompanying kayaks or take a boat out to sea.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

The house was on an intercostal so we could sit poolside and see the boats go by. Additionally, the bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Great vibes!

Great Spacious House with Lovely Views

Had a group of 8 staying here. Amazing property in a quiet neighborhood with incredible sunset views! This property was perfect for my family & friends!
