Look at our UPGRADES this Winter. One block from the beach

Come stay at our recently refurbished home. Located at 824 Stockton Avenue, this three thousand square foot home was completely redone from top to bottom, while still keeping the charming look of 1800's home. All of this only one block from the beach with ocean views from the third floor bedroom. It's also only a short walk to the pedestrian shopping mall in the center of town.

Our house has six bedrooms, four with queen size beds and two bedrooms with two sets of bunk beds plus a futon in each. There are two pack-n-plays that can be moved from room to room as needed. Each bedroom is connected to a bathroom and all rooms with queen size beds have private baths. There are six full baths total.

The kitchen with granite countertops, cherry cabinets and all stainless steel appliances including a 40' range. On the third floor is a wet bar complete with mini-fridge. The house also has a intercom system and central stereo system that is connected to each room. There are multiple flat screen TV's, ceiling fans and a high capacity washer and dryer on the second floor. Every room has multiple high-speed internet connection points as well as wireless high-speed internet on all three floors.

The house could have been in better shape. Never did get all the TV’s to work properly. Showering for more than 2 guests at one time was an issue on day one. Some guests had no water.

Wonderful Annual Vacation

We had a very fun time because we were together , 9 family members. The house was very close to the beach which was beautiful and the weather was great. The house was good for the most part. There were some issues with the garbage disposal not working and water pressure but we managed.

Fabulous location

We had a wonderful time and location of house is perfect...close to all things...beach, shopping etc. Had a few glitches as tv sound system is very complicated and never did get some of the tv working. Outdoor shower didn't work. Great porch sitting and comfy beds. Wonderful bathrooms and house was well stocked.

Cape May Christmas

The rental process was simple, the owner responsive right away. The home is beautifully appointed and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It was a perfect size for our large family and very kid friendly. The mattresses were SO comfortable and all the bathrooms were just beautiful. Can’t say enough about this home and hope to get back there next year.

Great location!

Had my daughters bachelorette party here. 14 adults and everyone fit comfortably. Perfect location to shops and restaurants. Beach very close however we did not go. Would definitely recommend this house if looking for a nice getaway to have fun! Dev was very quick to answer any questions we had!

Fantastic house close to everything !

A very clean spacious modern house with a short, one block walk to the beach and about a ten minute walk to the Washington Mall area. Great location and house is bigger than pics show ! Very nice large front deck . Cooking is also very easy in this house with a well appointed kitchen. Had a great time!

This house was lovely for our extended family. We were 14 in total. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked (we found some toys in the couch). But overall, a fantastic place. Kitchen was terrific, number of bathrooms was perfect and the washer and dryer were spot on, Great location as well. We love Cape May!

The property is as listed. Every bedroom has a bath and a tv. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and is perfect for a large group with counter seating and a huge table. Just a block from the beach and short walk to the Mall area.

Wow!

This house had it all - great family home with plenty of bunks for the kids and bedrooms for the parents. Very close to the beach, with plenty of showers to go around. Large kitchen with enough seating for everyone. Easy walk to the Mall, shopping and eating. Gas grill in the yard made for easy dinners. Very enjoyable stay.

Great Place and Great Location

Renovated Victorian home a block from the beach and walking distance to downtown. Amazing location. Tons of sleeping space and bathrooms. Large kitchen, living room and wrap around deck. Bring sheets, towels and TP. Acme is also a 5 minute drive for groceries. Parking is greet parking, so if you have a large group, good to pull up and unload and then go find a space.

Large, beautiful house

This house is exactly as described. it’s large and bright. Each bedroom has a connected bathroom and there is a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. We rented out linens from The Linen Ladies, so we didn’t have to lug our own linens to the house. You can rent towels from there as well. The house is deceiving from the outside because it looks smaller than it is. it was a wonderful surprise when we entered and saw how big it is. Everything is in walking distance.

Great house! Great location!

What a great family vacation we had at this beautiful home! We had 4 different families coming together for our annual vacation and this was one of our favorite places to stay! The 4 master bedrooms were beautiful. The beds were comfortable the rooms and bathrooms very spacious. The bunk rooms were perfect for all the cousins to hang out and plenty of beds to sleep. We had lots of fun around the huge kitchen table. The location was perfect. You can walk to everything - beach, restaurants, shopping, ice cream, arcade and more. I would highly recommend staying here!

Awesome house with a great location. Just be sure to bring sheets, towels, and toilet paper as they are not included and it doesn’t really list that anywhere. I luckily saw a previous review that mentioned it!

Excellent Cape May Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in the perfect location for proximity to the beach and downtown Cape May, with both being walking distance, and check-in and check-out procedure was simple and straightforward. The house is clean, nicely decorated and furnished, and is very comfortable. We would definitely consider renting again.

Great way to get back to New Jersey

Great property and really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location, less than five minute walk to a great beach. The home is completely modernize with every amenity we needed . Did not realize there was a shared wall with multiple units next-door. We did have an issue with the door code working and got locked out one time, but the owner was responsive. The house was cleaned on our arrival, however there were lots of flies, not sure if this was from the prior renter or the garbage disposal not working initially. The owners did come by and address that, which helped. We would definitely stay here again and plan To invite family and friends.

We would rent this house again it was near the beach large house lots of room and lots of bathrooms just some minor things like needs a new barbecue outside, cushions on wicker furniture on pouch , but all in all we had a great stay I would recommend this house for a large group of people it worked very well can’t wait for next year Happy fourth everyone
