Just what you would expect from a fun-filled traditional beach house. This 2-story beach house can accommodate up to 8 people in the 4 bedrooms, plus an additional 2 people in the games room, for those friends or family who just want to join you for a night or 2.

If the weather isn't the best beach weather, the kids won't be able to say they are bored, the home offers both a pool table and table tennis table for hours of entertainment, and a bit of friendly family competition! A split system will provide year round comfort.

Upstairs the balcony is the perfect spot to sit with a cuppa and a book and watch the world go past. The fully fenced rear yard is the ideal spot to enjoy the summer evening BBQ's whilst the children run around safely.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Designed for a family of young Kids.
My fault guys, I didn't study the fine print. The last place we went to was as chalk as this is to cheese. This house was not as clean as I like with .5 cm of toilet paper on the roll with no spare roll until we looked around. The shower wasn't clean, the floor wasn't clean, the griller wasn't clean, the toaster wasn't clean. I wish I knew that this house wouldn't have milk for my coffee, I wish I knew how to work the heater, and worked it out the following night. I think I was spoilt in the other property, I expected the same standard. That was warm and inviting. No Shampoo, Body soap, loose tea lea leaves but no teapot. The toaster was so dirty, coffee pod maker was dirty. Nope!!!!! Next time I will make sure I stay with stays. I will read what is included and what is not. Thank you for the last place we stayed that was wonderful. Lisa
