Keiner bemühte sich!
Obwohl ich eine Buchung hatte, bekam ich kein Zimmer. Überbuchung? Falschbuchung?
An der Rezeption wurde ich einfach stehen gelassen. Keiner bemühte sich!!!
Ich musste mich selbst bei "hotels.com" bemühen, bekam sofort eine Alternative.
