The space
Modern 3 bedroom apartment located 100 meters from the stunning Blouberg beach, with loads of restaurants all around. Tastefully decorated with backup power and a bright spacious living area leading out onto a large balcony. For entertainment the apartment is equipped with a flat screen smart TV and for those working, enjoy the use of a full work station and fast Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The main bedroom boasts a luxury king size pocket spring bed for a restful sleep, with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the third room has 2 single beds, which caters well for large families. There is also a second family bathroom with a shower and bath. The building features a gym and a stunning rooftop (communal) pool with amazing views overlooking Table bay. Note the cover picture is the communal pool and not a private space for the apartment.
